Mean
I'm such a meeeeeean meeeeeeean person. My goodness!!
Today in the cafeteria I was having breakfast and I happened to sit on the side of the cafeteria so I was facing towards the rest of it. I could see one of the places where you can get drinks. Well, first of all there were no cups so people would come up look for them, see empty crates where they usually are kept sigh and go in search of cups. Those who'd not wanted to wait in the busy section for drinks brought their cups or perhaps their cereal looking for milk. weeelllll....we have two spots for 2% one spot for skim one spot for chocolate and a spot for whole milk. My favorite kid to watch was the one who sat his tray at the table in front of mine and went to go get a drink. No cups...so he lifted the crate up to make sure there was none hiding and heaved a big sigh and went off in search of a glass. I'll bet the line was too long in the center so he comes back to near our tables and decides to get it there. First, he tried chocolate...nothing came out, so then he tried skim, nothing came out, okay, soo he tries both 2%'s and nothing comes out of them either...perhaps a drop from the one, and at last he goes for the whole milk which there is a lot of. Others would come up with their cereal bowls and the ones who wanted skim were best cause they'd try 'em all and eventually give up and go for whole milk. It's weird that we're so lazy to not want to walk to the other side of the cafeteria to get what we really want. but I've been there, and I've done it. And I don't know why I wanted to laugh. It's frustrating when you're in that situation, but I couldn't help it. I kneeew there was nothing but whole milk, but they didn't and would try everything. Such a meeean meeean person for taking delight in others frustrations. ahhh well! Hope everyone has a wonderful wonderful day!!

::grins:: There's a word for taking delight in others' frustrations. It's called schadenfreude (pronounced "SHAH-din-froyd," more or less), and it's German. :-D
you beat me to it, Laur!
Hee, wow, so I did.
